I’m passionate about guiding clients through feel-good exercise that enhances their quality of life. Since my early fascination with movement, I’ve channeled this into my work with private clients both online and in Los Angeles, as well as through my YouTube channel, *Pilates On Demand*. My approach addresses the whole person—physically, mentally, and emotionally—because I believe true results emerge when mind and body connect. Certified with a 450-hour Pilates certification and 500-hour RYT yoga training, I continue to refine my expertise, recently studying Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Goa, India.
